South Lincs Ladies Evening

South Lincs Ladies’ Evening

As ever the Southview Park Hotel did not let any of its visitors leave hungry. The food was, as always, excellent.

The Weekend started on Friday evening with a Rod Stewart tribute act preceeded by a very generous choice of food.

At the Ladies’ Evening we were entertained by the ‘Dream Belles’ with songs from yesteryear and a tribute to ABBA. An excellent raffle table meant everybody enjoyed the evening. Congratulations to the Area for organising such a great weekend and we look forward to returning in 2023.

  3. What a fantastic weekend we all enjoyed, the South Lincs Area members were just perfect hosts.

You certainly know how to take care of business, right from the moment of our arrival in to the hotel lobby, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink at the bar, followed by a super tasty meal in the restaurant, if that wasn’t enough, we were all presented with a free (£10) voucher to go watch a Rod Stewart tribute act … who was superb by the way.

Yvette and I enjoyed a pleasant walk in to Skegness town centre, a full day out, and we were well and truly ready to join in with the Ladies Evening fun and formalities.

All dressed up, Black Tie suit and evening dress, we were welcomed with a pre-dinner glass of bubbly in the hotel lobby.

The event room was beautifully dressed, the starters, mains and desserts were just awesome, however, the servings were monstrously big, in fact they were HUGE. Service to the tables was excellent, along with the evenings entertainment provided by the Dream Belles.

If you weren’t satisfied with the meal portion sizes, you then were offered a sandwiches in the Orangey.
No way Jose, I was painfully stuffed !!

A HUGE shout out and thank you to all at South Lincs, you pulled off a ‘Second to None’ weekend.

Wishing you all the very best.
