Lancashire Ladies’ Evening 2023

73rd LADIES EVENING

 It is my great pleasure to inform you of the arrangements for the 2023 Lancashire Area Annual Ladies Night to be held at the superb venue of the Village Hotel Blackpool, East Park Drive, Blackpool, FY3 8LL on Saturday 25^th March 2023.

The ticket price of £45.00 will include our traditional four course meal and professional live entertainment.

The entertainment, with no expense spared, we have managed to secure is one of Northwest’s premier live showbands, “The Angelettes” and supported by DJ “Martin Abbott”.

We have also negotiated a 25% discount at the Function Bar.

Blackpool is the original seaside resort and pioneered the traditional English summer holiday. There are so many things to do in Blackpool, the hotel is situated in extensive grounds next to Blackpool Zoo and Stanley Park, also just a short drive from the town centre. Here you’ll find the famous Blackpool Tower, trams and the Pleasure Beach. The hotel’s great location makes it popular with families and it’s the perfect place to pitch up for a short break.

The hotel has a Pub & Grill and state of the art Village Health & Wellness Club. If that’s not enough, they have an 18-hole golf course, with a driving range and golf academy. If you’re planning a visit to the UK’s seaside capital, make sure it’s with Village. Those guests staying at the venue, there is complimentary Wi-Fi, use of the Health and Wellness Club, free car parking and a concession of £25.00 has been negotiated for 18 holes of Golf, normally around £40.00.

We have negotiated this year, excellent value room rates.  Accommodation for Saturday 25^th March will be £105.00 for double/twin room or £95.00 for a single room, inclusive of full English breakfast.  Friday and Sunday can also be obtained at the same rate if you wish to make this a full weekend break. All rooms must be booked directly with the hotel. A substantial number of rooms have been reserved for this event, however, these rooms must be confirmed by guests prior to midnight on the 11^th March 2023, when they will be released for general sale. Check in is from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11.00 am on the day of departure.

Timings for the Evening.

6.00pm-6.45pm Reception in the Inspiration Suite Bar.

6.45pm-7.00pm Call to Dinner in the Inspiration Suite.

7.00.pm- 7.15pm To receive the Area and National Officers.

7.15pm-9.00pm- Dinner.

9.00pm-9.45pm-Distribute Ladies Gifts and Top Table flowers, Officers Toasts and speeches.

9.45pm-1.00am Entertainment and Bar.

Carriages at 1.00am

(These timings are approximate, a raffle will take place during the Evening)

After the Function Bar closes, the Pub and Grill will be open for those that wish.

We are looking forward to another wonderful evening of good food, good entertainment and most of all good friendship.
